COMO PUEDES AYUDARNOS
En las Estaciones y Puestos para Servir en el Torneo De Amor.

• Registro: Asignar niños a un equipo y darles una pulsera con el número de su equipo. (Los ocupamos a todos aquí).

• Estación de Camisas: Repartir a los niños inscritos una camiseta con el logo de Torneo de Amor

• Alabanza: Tener alabanza durante la bienvenida, mensaje y entrega de premios

• Preparación de Canchas: Ayudar a marcar el campo y colocar las  porterias con las banderas de esquina,  guardar el equipo cuando finalice el torneo

• Entrenadores: Construya una relación con su equipo, sea su pastor y asegúrese de que todos tengan la oportunidad de jugar y que los equipos estén nivelados por edades. No es una competencia, es un torneo en el que podemos mostrar el amor de Dios a los niños.

• Arbitros: Arbitrar los juegos, asegurarse de que los niños estén seguros y que están compitiendo en un ambiente saludable. Asegurarse que todos los niños tengan la oportunidad de jugar.

• Primeros Auxilios: Ayudar a niños con lesiones menores.

• Estación de Agua:  Asegurándose de que siempre haya agua disponible para los niños.

• Evangelismo / Estación de Oración: Compartir la palabra de Dios con los padres y orar por el evento mientras se lleva a cabo.

• Estación de Comida: Ayuda a preparar los hot dogs, nachos y bebidas.

• Seguridad: Mantener a los niños seguros y el evento.

• Estación de baños: Asegurarse de que el baño esté limpio y tenga papel de baño y jabón de manos.

• Juegos De Carnaval: Organizar los juegos y asegurarse de que cada niño tenga un turno para jugar.

• Medallas y biblias: Ayudar a distribuir las medallas y biblias al final del torneo.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
Service Stations and Volunteer Roles for the Tournament of Love.

• Registration: Assign children to teams and provide them with a wristband showing their team number. (We need many hands for this!).

• T-Shirt Station: Hand out Tournament of Love logo t-shirts to all registered children.

• Worship Team: Lead worship music during the welcome ceremony, the message, and the awards presentation.

• Field Prep & Logistics: Help mark the fields, set up goals and corner flags, and pack away equipment once the tournament concludes.

• Coaches: Build a relationship with your team and act as a mentor/pastor to them. Ensure that teams are balanced by age and that every child gets a chance to play. Remember, this is not a competition, it is a tournament to show God’s love to the children.

• Referees: Officiate the games, ensuring the children are safe and competing in a healthy environment. Make sure every child has the opportunity to play.

• First Aid: Assist children with any minor injuries.

• Water Station: Ensure that fresh water is always available for the children.

• Evangelism & Prayer Station: Share God’s Word with parents and pray for the event as it takes place.

• Food Station: Help prepare and serve hot dogs, nachos, and drinks.

• Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for the children and the overall event.

• Restroom Maintenance: Ensure the restrooms stay clean and are well-stocked with toilet paper and hand soap.

• Carnival Games: Organize the games and ensure every child gets a turn to play.

• Medals & Bibles: Help distribute medals and Bibles to the participants at the end of the tournament.
